They had David out to our home within an hour and he was able to turn our water off and start the moisture mitigation procedure. Matt and Brett came back first thing the next morning and set up fans and took out the wet insulation and flooring to continue the drying process. We are first time homeowners and although this was initially very frightening, 911 restoration has walked through everything with us and were very knowledgeable and polite. Thank you all for helping us!
- OOOddSep 2, 20251.0I called this place for mold remediation in our crawlspace. This company has some of the worst communication I have ever seen. Every single interaction with this company required me to call them in order to proceed to the next step: First I call them, describe my issue, they say they will call me back later that day to schedule an inspection. By 3pm the next day, no one has called. I call them back, get a hold of someone, we schedule an appointment for a day but they say they can't tell me the exact time yet. Okay fine. That day comes, they still never tell me the time. Around noon I call them again because I want to know if they are still coming and if I still need to be home. Yep! They are coming around 3pm or something. Okay fine. Guy comes, does the inspection, says they will have a quote for me in a day or two. A week goes by, no word from them at all. I call them again, they send me a quote via email later that day. I respond to the email WITHIN 20 MINUTES with a few questions. That was July 29th. Today is September 2nd, over a month later... Never got a response. AI would do better than they did. I ended up going with another contractor at 40% less than I was quoted for from 911 Restoration, and they communicated properly the entire time.

We called Cody and he had a crew out to us within an hour of our phone call. I cannot thank the team at 911 restoration enough for treating our home as if it were one of their own. From the prompt response time to clear communication throughout the process of drying and demolition, 5 stars isn’t enough to give these guys!
