After placing the initial call for help, they put me in touch with a field tech within a couple of hours, and he was here within two days. Then the actual repair happened within a week! New top cap looks fantastic, and Chris was great in explaining the ins and outs of getting a fire started, avoiding a downdraft, etc. Highly recommend!
