We were unable to bring a brick with us but, we did have a picture. They took the time to look at the picture and determine which bricks would be the closest match. The gentleman took his time with us and was very pleasant and offered suggestions to help us with our project. The ladies working behind the counter were also pleasant and helpful. There were other customers coming and going while we were there and from what I could see everyone was assisted in a timely manor and received great service. They had a great selection of bricks to choose from and the price was reasonable.
