Our CRM system connects directly with SRS, allowing us to input work orders, receive pricing immediately, and send everything directly to their email—it's incredibly straightforward, eliminating any guesswork. We also receive timely notifications when our materials are on the way, complete with pictures, which adds a layer of reassurance. The customer service team, including Larry, Kyle, and Austin, is exceptional. They consistently go above and beyond to help us locate the products we need. One of the most frustrating aspects of picking up materials from suppliers is often the wait times and communication issues. However, at SRS, the process is efficient. Honestly, that felt both embarrassing and disrespectful—especially considering I was driving 700 miles to make a next-day delivery. You can’t just blame truck drivers because of a small sign on your gate. Not everyone has eagle eyes. Show some respect to the truckers who work hard to keep things moving. And it’s not that unforgivable mistake it’s just some are first time deliver something to your place.”
