- JGJason Greenberg1 day ago5.0I will reach out to Taylor for any doors we need, and I recommend you do too! I've had 3 doors replaced by Taylor - an entry door and two storm doors. Great experience every time. The salesman I met with took the time to educate me on the work they'd do and all their products. Not a sales pitch, just "Here's how we'll help you." Both times I went with them, ordering and scheduling process was a breeze. Upfront timelines set were clear and the everything progressed exactly when they said it would. Pricing is always competitive and clearly communicated. Both installers were very knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. Installation quality and materials were all excellent. Taylor Door is a great, friendly local company!
- PSPaul SchererSep 23, 20255.0I love my new doors! Would highly recommend this company. We got custom doors for the front and rear with storm doors for each. Tara was great at explaining the process to us and went over in detail about door selections/ materials, etc. The installer showed up when scheduled and completed both in the same day and they look and function great. It’s part of the process and since they are custom it takes a while for the doors to come in and be inspected. 3 months from ordering and then another month to be put on the schedule. So you have to be patient but it was worth it. I will use them for any future door projects. Nice people all around there.
- UUUn-TeeAug 7, 20252.0Good selection of doors. The sales staff was not the best. Ignored me and walked past me without saying a word, when I walked in. After walking around a young lady asked if she could help me. When i told her what i eanted she acted like I was an annoying her. I asked for a print out of the specs she rattled off. She said she couldn't do it. When I told her I am getting more estimates and will compare them... magically a printed copy was available. I will not go back there because of this poor sales person.

After being told by multiple companies that our garage door couldn’t be repaired—either because parts were “unavailable” or they insisted the entire door needed replacing—we were starting to lose hope over a single broken spring. Then we called Taylor Door, and they came through like total pros. Not only did they source the part and repair the door, but their service technicians were incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. They took the time to test the door thoroughly, ensured it opened and closed perfectly, and even lubricated the system to keep it running smoothly. The customer service was top-notch from start to finish. While other companies gave up, Taylor Door got it done right — and saved us a ton of money in the process. Highly recommend them to anyone needing garage door repairs!
