  Wow! This was a refreshing surprise. Levin & Sons got me an appointment within 48 hrs. I was informed of the appropriate hour and sent a picture of my service technician. David Mullen arrived on to, assessed my delima, gave professional, accurate advice and mapped out all my options. No high pressure tactics. Just a sound, qualified assessment. Work was started right away and was completed in about an hour. The service area was clean and the work preformed to the highest standard. I really appreciate how David was respectful of my property and his technological expertise. I was made to feel confident and informed. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Levine & Sons to family and friends. 100% satisfaction!!

  When my sump pump failed, Levine was able to dispatch D’Angelo the same day. He showed up with a smile and a positive attitude and quickly diagnosed the problem. He talked me through my options and while he didn’t have a replacement pump on his truck, he was able to get one dropped off by a colleague within 20 minutes. When he was done with installation he walked me through what he had done and showed me how everything was working. D’Angelo’s professionalism and personality made the experience a good one.

  My daughter already wrote review underneath however I just wanted to say I'm the 74 yr old that had no heat for 2 weeks because Levine and son's said that other peoples broken furnaces were a hire priority than mine I have the voicemail wish I could forward it on here so everyone can hear how they treat the elderly without heat. I went several weeks with out heat because of this but I saved nearly 460.00 by not going with them.

  Originally I thought they were going to be great. I explained that an elderly couple were w/out heat for over a week and were desperate need of service. They explained it will be two days before a tech can get to them. With the weather dropping too -30 the week B4 Christmas this is normal So we scheduled a tech and they showed up like expected. He explained that it was the ignition module and cost to replace would be around 650.00 We explained that we wanted it fixed ASAP and they said they could not get part until the following day. We said fine no problem thank you see you tomorrow then !! He left said we will be in touch tomorrow. Next day nothing, the following day nothing I called and the lady said she would have them reach out to us. Another day passed so 4 days in no heat and we get a voicemail from the technician saying he cannot fix their furnace because their are people who don't have heat during this cold time and they'd be in touch in a month or two when the temperature was not so cold.,??? I'm so confused on the fact that a 74 year old without heat isn't a priority to your company and I called several days in between the absolute lack of contact with the company and then they call NOT Me back but the elderly man and tell him he's not a priority others come first??? So weird and unprofessional I wouldn't recommend anyone to them however I would recommend Sharons Heating and cooling they were wonderful they came out the same day and helped us cut corners to save them 400.00 dollars if you got money you want to throw out the window contact Levine and son's!!

  My wife called this company to snake and camera our drain. They stated it would be $199, "plus additional past 100 feet", and an untold price for the camera because it utilized "specialists". They show up today, snake the drain, then tell us not only that the camera would cost an additional $350, but that the snake is not powerful enough to get through the baby wipes in our drain (we do not flush baby wipes), and we'd need to hydrojet the drain for $1,400. Absolute scam. I am not an unreasonable person, but their costs are hidden and clearly predatory. I will make sure that I tell everyone I know about how they treat their customers and not utilize their services in the future. Update: When my wife just checked the basement, the service person Chris left it a COMPLETE mess, sludge everywhere, overflowing - way, way worse than before. The home was NOT flooding prior. I have documented this. This is insane. She then called the main number to ask for help, and they refused.
