I needed a couple steps to be fixed up and Kyle was professional & courteous and explained everything he was going to do and then he walked through everything he did afterwards. My stairs are sturdy again! Also, I’m always appreciative of when a company sends a text out with the tech name & picture so I know who to look out for. Absolutely will work with them again!

They responded in a timely manner and after a brief exchange of emails provided an estimate. It took a little time to schedule the work to be done because they ordered some parts. Yesterday they called with an opening for the work to be completed. Drew arrived and was completely professional, courteous and friendly. He identified the parts he brought or not sufficient so he went out and bought the correct ones, returned and completed the job without delay. I would definitely request Drew for future projects. I would also call Ace handyman services for work to be done at my house in the future. Cindy handled much of the correspondence between myself and Ace, she was always great. There were some confusion on the final billing, but it was easily resolved.
