- CMcari millerDec 18, 20255.0We had a sewer break, and needed a potty at our home. I called and talked with the receptionist, she was friendly and talked with the owner, who got us a clean, almost looked new, unit. They were close to closing time and still managed to get it to us that day. The driver was a nice young man who placed it, where it was easy to access for us. The owner was a lifesaver. Everyone we communicated with that day, was exceptional. Thank you for your care and concern.

Our driver was MIA for a week and company could not get ahold of him to service us. Have to call weekly to double check that they came out or will come out. Team members are rude over the phone, unfriendly and don't sound like they care at all about your questions or their job. Very rude receptionist. Short with me and unwilling to answer my questions in a productive manner. Was cut off and hung up on by receptionist as well. Would not recommend this company due to their unprofessionalism and inability to handle stressful situations.
