They were on-site and provided constant feedback on the condition of the attic and took plenty of pictures before and after. Chris and Melissa were very responsive to all emails that were conducted between us as the date approached. They kept me in the loop with a two-day heads up as to when they would be arriving. This was very considerate as it allowed us ample time to be able to clear away for the work to be done without disrupting other facets of the house?
