  Called late afternoon and was greeted by a friendly receptionist that scheduled me a next day appointment. Text verification of both appointment and notification that my tech was on his way. Paul reached out personally as well to let me know he was en route. He arrived on time, was friendly and knowledgeable. He explained my options for the needed repairs/replacement parts. The work was performed quickly and professionally, despite my talking and asking questions about the process the entire time. Once completed, the door performed perfectly and was much quieter as well. I highly recommend Fawley Door for any garage door needs, whether it is service, or a new door.

  The technician arrived at the appropriate time. Communication regarding his arrival was helpful. The technician correctly diagnosed and corrected the problem. Then he performed preventative maintenance on the rollers and springs. Overall, very satisfied with the communication and service call.

  Door opener motor was acting up. It was 30 years old. Appoinyment for consultation and possible replacement was scheduled very quickly! Paul discussed options with us and was very friendly and professional and we all decided to replace! Couldn't be happier with our new opener and especially with Paul's personality and workmanship. Highly recommend Paul and his company!

  Cameron provided excellent service evaluating and fixing the seals on my garage door. He did great work and went above and beyond with his help. He went over all the options for the repair before he started and didn't pressure any sales.
