Each time he was very thorough, explained everything, and answered all our questions. When he was done, he went the extra mile and cleared all the sink aerators so the faucets would run correctly.

I called on Tuesday about gurgling drains in our bathroom and had an appointment scheduled for first thing Wednesday. Dave who came out was wonderful. He thoroughly explained everything, did a great job inspecting our plumbing setup, and broke down his estimate very well. The drains turned out to be a bigger issue than expected, but Dave was able to get someone else over right away that same morning (Aubrey, who was also fantastic) to replace some poorly constructed pipes in the basement. All-around great experience from start to finish, and I was pleasantly surprised with the price at the end of it. Will 100% be using Dan Wood again in the future. Thanks again, Dave and Aubrey!

He quickly and easily dealt with the issue with our water softener. He then thoroughly explained how it might indicate a future potential issue, and provided a quote. He also quoted softener replacement given its age. He didn’t push either of those quotes and was super pleasant to work with.
