They have an employee who lives in Taylor who will come all over DownRiver and Monroe County. This employees name is Chad, and he is a wonderful person, and an excellent plumber. Chad is clean, professional, and shows up on time!! Chad is the plumber you want in your home. You don’t have to worry about him. He’s not a rough around the edges scary looking man. Chad gets the job done on the first visit, and doesn’t make rude comments if you tried to fix a plumbing problem, and failed. I want to once again thank Chad for fixing my toilet on May 29, 2025, and for his outstanding suggestion on how to secure my new boat dock steps.
