  Going into this I new I had busted pipes under the basement floor. Jason was quick to find he couldn't get through the clog and the snake was just going into the ground. He has someone coming within an hour to give estimate on tear out/replacement of the drain pipes. Although I wanted to just get the clog cleared for the holidays, it is what it is and I'll have them do the complete repair.

  Wow! Jared is awesome! I was a few minutes behind pulling up to the house, and he was already assessing the situation, checking for drains, and welcoming me as I walked up. We just bought this home, and he walked me through the entire system, showing me where it leads and opens. He even educated me on other parts of plumbing in the house and the root cause of the issue. He goes above and beyond! Fantastic, efficient work Jared! We will be using Horton again.

  We woke up at 2am to our entire house flooded from a pipe that busted inside a wall in bathroom. I called Hortons and Sean came out early same morning and did an amazing job repairing and let us know he believed it was a manufacturing defect with the pipe and we are having our Homeowners Insurance looking into it. Sean was professional and we really appreciate his quick response during this Emergency Crisis.

  I wasn’t very happy with the service that I received when he came out and my furnace is in a crawlspace and he really couldn’t tell me what was wrong with my furnace. He said he put a camera in it but couldn’t see any cracks or anything and that it was leaking carbon monoxide, but my detector wasn’t going off And he said, but you need a new one and you should get an air conditioning too because we’re running a deal I just wasn’t happy with the service

  While removing the hose from our spigot, the copper pipe coming out of the house cracked. I called Horton and the first thing I was asked was if we had managed to shut the water off. I appreciated that their first thought was to make sure that we had taken that step. Withing 40 minutes of my call, our Plumber Sean was at our house. He gave us what he hoped was the the 'best case', but also warned us what might be the 'worst case'. After assessment, he left to get a part but promptly returned. He was able to work out the 'best case' and made the repair. Some other reviews have said said that Horton is pricey. To me, you get what you pay for. I called Horton at 2pm on a Saturday. Sean was on site withing 40 minutes of that call. My emergency was resolved within 2.5 hours of my initial call. The repair is a great improvement over what we previously had. Both the person I initially spoke with and Sean were polite and professional and I felt like they had an interest in helping me and making sure my problem was resolved. I would recommend Horton and happily use them again.
