- SPSteve PolykernopolisJan 4, 20261.0My can had one bag sticking out of it. When the Driver dumped the can the bag fell on the ground. Driver was nice enough to pick it up and put it back in my can rather than simply put it on the truck and do his job removing the trash. Their trucks leak garbage all over my neighborhood dont even bother to get out and pick it up. Driver has also left my can smack dab in the middle of my driveway after collecting my trash. I emailed the office regarding it but that didnt help. Absolutely horrid service and employees. I wouldn't use them if they were the last service available. Customer service is their last priority.

Now it’s the winter and no more construction, trash is STILL not being picked up. It’s getting frustrating because I find myself not being able to fit all the trash in the can. They gave us a new bin and new rules. So we can’t put trash on the ground anymore or over stock, but it’s fine for them to skip out on us for weeks?! Not fair AT ALL!

- HHHollyDec 24, 20251.0Absolute disgrace of a company. Love to raise their prices and provide the worst quality of service. They skip by your house and my neighbor even tried flagging them down. They made eye contact and kept moving. Inexcusable laziness. This is what our roads look like after trash day.
- SSSDec 23, 20251.0Picks up cardboard recycling at our apartment complex at 4-4:45AM. It is a nightmare to be woken up consistently at this time because they excessively bang the can at least 4-6 times into the truck. It absolutely seems they do this on purpose at 4AM!! Have some respect for working people with children living in this complex please.
