I called yesterday and spoke with their service manager and explained my furnace wasn’t working and asked when they could come out. She replied we don’t like to leave people in the cold will be out there today, they were able to work me in and get somebody there and take care of what ended up being a minor issue the same day for a reasonable price. Her response has been sitting with me all day and felt compelled to share. Most others told me it would be two or three days. These folks simply said how can we help. I will be returning for my heating and cooling needs and recommend you do the same.

- DMd manSep 22, 20255.0Great experience, I requested and I person quote, the tech came out and did a detailed inspection of the install location and even got on the roof and inspected the chimney to give me the most accurate quote possible. The install team was quick and efficient. Brianna answered the phone and was super awesome. I had a small problem with the county inspector and Brianna took ownership of it and somehow got the county to come out same day and do my inspection which helped me out. She followed up twice to make sure it was comple and I was happy. It's not often you have an employee that takes ownership and follows thru like that. I was impressed and will look to Nieoboer in the future.
- PJphil JtAug 8, 20251.0Was on the light at Bixby and Gull road. A man in a wheel chair was using the crosswalk and had the right of way. One of this companies trucks started honking because the cars in the turn lane was allowing the man to cross. The honk caused the man in the wheel chair to turn around in the middle of the street and start flipping us all off. As we all made the turn, the driver of the Nieboer van, noticed we were trying to take a picture of them and started slowing down so we couldnt get behind and then sped thru a yield sign at riverview and gull road license plate number was DE 87832 i will never use this company shame on the driver
