We will never schedule an afternoon appointment again. Having someone come after 8:00 p.m. in the evening is ridiculous and unsafe for both the technician and the homeowner. If we had been out of heat in sub zero temperatures that would have been a different scenario. But this was just to change a filter in a humidifier.
