Corey was so helpful, kind and knowledgeable. Identified the issues and wasted no time getting our home back in order! We had our tankless water heater flushed and a leak in our downstairs bathroom fixed. It cost us 349. Felt the flush was pricey, but we had to have them do our initial since it hadn’t been maintained as well as it should - we will do it ourselves moving forward. The monthly club deal saves you a lot of money - you should consider.

Billy Schoedor came out to check out the smell that I kept noticing in my washing machine. After checking it out he noticed pipe was too high and some other issues in basement and Tyler had cut pipe stick pipe and did not need to . He set up for late Wednesday afternoon for Tyler to come out and make wrongs right. I appreciate Billy’s concern with how I felt about previous service and apologized . I appreciate his professional and listening to my concerns

Todd was extremely courteous and helpful in explaining both the issue we were having as well as preventative maintenance. In general we have had excellent experiences with Home Comfort Experts and appreciate their flexibility for scheduling, excellent customer service and knowledgeable technicians.

Tyler Pierson and his assistant (in training?) came early on cold morning to check gas exhaust from my 6-month-old on-demand water heater. He explained the way the gas heater works & that all is well! He was very nice, very clear about how the water heater works and why I don’t have to worry! And it was free, under warranty! Five stars!

Paid for services; water lines and shutoff valves. I went without water during this experience for about a week. During this the technician and other technicians had to return because there was no water. Then they noted in my account not to warranty my service because I had no wrapping, or heat tape connected to my pipes which was false. They removed those wrappings and heat tape and didn’t replace them. That was acknowledged and the technician returned to fix a poorly installed fitting and replaced the wrapping and heat tape. Today I call (this work was done last year) because the same fitting is broken and the zip tie attempt was a failure and caused the weight of the pipe to break another fitting behind it. After speaking with the company I cannot get a technician until tomorrow and they plan to charge me another trip fee. I am not satisfied and I would not recommend this company. I paid for the work and the extra trip fees and I continue to have issues. BTW they sent the same technician twice to do the same poor repair. I was told today he is no longer with the company… not surprised. The action to correct this situation would have been sending a technician to repair the damage. I received having to take time off from work and paying a service fee as well. If you want a service that will nickel and dime you to death this is them. Good luck!
