Called Alta 3 months ago to service a small scissor lift that our company owns and still to this day it is not fixed. Have been told: The batteries need replaced, then the ground control board needs replaced, now the ground control board wont talk to the controller box, incompetent service tech cut the cable stack wires and tried to splice them back together, ordered a new controller box, new controller box wont accept JLG software, new scissor stack cables ordered in November and they claim parts were on "back order" which was a lie, Alta can't download JLG software, force download the software, a week later and still nothing. I have left 40 plus voicemail messages for our Alta point of contact with no call back. When you do get a hold of them they have to find out and will call you back... which they never do.

Calling a potential customer back seems to be too much of a hassle for Alta Equipment.
