Tom checked & made adjustments to my system & he did a water test. That showed that the PH is way too low. He explained everything to me & we discussed options we could take. Together we came up with a plan. I am extremely pleased with how thorough Tom was in checking my system & how well he answered all my questions. Thanks, Tom for all your help & for putting my mind at ease! I wish all technition’s who come to my house, for any work, were as conscientious as you are.
