James S. Jacobs Architects, PLLC was established in 2007 as the successor to Donald A. Johnson Architects. Johnson Architects began practicing architecture in southeastern Michigan in 1980 and established a well respected firm with a wide range of clients including public schools, civic projects, retail and banking centers, industrial firms, private developers, religious centers, public housing and private residences. In 1992, James Jacobs joined the firm and began his architectural career. Since 1980, we have been dedicated to exceeding client expectations through excellence in design and a dedication to quality, consistency and client satisfaction.
