He also gave us some future advice regarding the roots impacting our system which was highly appreciated. I felt like he respected our space and truly did his best. He brought a great energy with him. If we were to have another problem we would ask for him specifically. 10/10

Was very conscience of keeping stuff clean, and cleaning up. Good communications. Let me know ETA and even called right before arrival to let me know he was on his way. Would recommend!

I never said they smoked MJ at my home I said they came to my home smelling like MJ. You can give me whatever lame excuse you want for the reasoning why they smelled that way, the fact of the matter is they smelled like MJ inside my home. My house then smelled like MJ and I have a 8 month old in the home. As I stated before I never accused them of smoking MJ at or inside my home , I said they smelled like MJ. What records do you have to prove they went over multiple options? Just because it’s on an invoice doesn’t mean that what was covered. I spoke with him over the phone and that was the ONLY option they gave my wife and I. Clearly authorization was giving before any work was done. I was the one who gave them authorization to perform the work on the home. How do you think I know they reeked of MJ ? Because my wife complained to me about it. Had I would’ve been home I would’ve brought it to their attention.. I don’t know who you think you’re talking to but the next time you send me an email you better come correct! If you wanna have a conversation over the phone or in person I would love to do so. It’s easy to talk tough over an email. Very unprofessional response and do not recommended !
