- LFL FordNov 7, 20255.0Kleinschmidt has done work on my home on three occaisions, and they have always done an outstanding job, from start to finish, and at a reasonable price. They are also willing to take on non-standard jobs, which many other roofing companies will not do. Kleinschmidt did a beautiful job re-roofing and repairing our 90-year-old balcony. It wasn't an easy job, but Kleinschmidt's roofers worked tirelessly, thoughtfully, and efficiently to restore it. Kleinschmidt also added ventilation to our roof soffits (which many other roofing companies won't do). The ventilation work involved removing and re-installing existing white, vinyl soffit covers, and Kleinschmidt replaced the covers cleanly and expertly. Finally, Kleinschmidt removed a cracked galvanized- steel vent pipe from our existing roof, and then seemlessly repaired the roof. Devin and Lindsey are a breeze to work with (great communication), and their roofers are skilled, careful, and diligent.

He goes over all the work they are going to do explaining every single detail. The workers were great also. They did a great job and I’m very picky but had nothing to be picky about…. They cleaned up meticulously when they were done and were so personable. Kudos to RDK for a job well done and reasonably priced!!!!! Thank you!!!!
