They put in a USED well pump, left a 1/4in crack in my casing which protects the wires for the submersible pump. When I asked if this was safe I was told to put a bucket over it. What? They do not return phone calls. I have asked for the owner to call and have not received a call. If at all possible call someone else. Oh they also told me I need a new well at a cost of $6000, same words as another reviewer of several years ago. I guess they have that speech down pat.
