  I had very low pressure in my kitchen sink. I needed a new faucet . I bought a new one and they came back & installed the new one within a few hours. I’m very happy with service I received and will be recommending this company to everyone I know!!

  Austin Brito, phenomenal guy to chit chat with to pass the time, letting me tell stories of woe and wonder. He found the problem, fixed it. Found it persisted, fixed it again. Even offered solutions for minor things nearby. Great dude, quality work, same birthday, tall, great at shoving water where it ought to be.

  Although service was scheduled for 8-noon, the technician was not available until about 5 pm. I received and appreciated at least 4 phone calls from the office with updates on the arrival of the tech who was apologetic, very polite, installed the new disposal quickly, explained the work he did and cleaned up after he finished. I had contacted Michigan Plumbing for service before, and all technicians and office staff have always been very polite and professional. I was surprised at what I had to pay, but everything costs more these days.

  I am a first time customer , and I very much appreciated Chad and Logan’s Customer service and hospitality. I didn’t think I was going to be able to do a plumbing project in the basement , but when the price came in under what I thought I couldn’t say no. I also haven’t had any issues with my drain since they snaked it out , which is what they originally came for . I’m looking forward to their return next week to get my downstairs toilet and plumbing up and running . Thank you Chad and Logan.

  My technician, Sandy, was incredibly kind and knowledgeable. He was willing to educate me on the problem as well as solution they were going to implement. I didn’t feel talked down to when I asked for explanation as I know less than nothing about plumbing, and he was willing to teach. I called them for a backed up main pipe that goes to my washer and Michigan Plumbing was able to come out same day! I scheduled a time, but was told if they had a cancellation or extra time they could fit me in. I received a call 2 hours later! Clean, efficient, respectful, and of the four places I called- they ended up being the most affordable! To be honest, I chose them because they could get to me the quickest, so price wasn’t the biggest deciding factor, just a big benefit! I’d highly recommend them!
