  Useless workers come out to look at toilet problems and only to tell us that there’s nothing they can do because they would have to get the city involved to cut up the road and it would cost us tens of thousands of dollars

  Max was absolutely awesome!! Diagnosed and fixed our issue in a timely manner and very transparent with pricing. Max also observed another potential issue that would come cause problems in the next couple of months and was able to get that knocked out as well!!!

  THE BEST OF THE BEST. Arguably THE finest service experience we've had, of any type, in 30 years of being in Michigan. Matt, our service tech, was FANTASTIC: super friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and informative. He walked us through every detail of what was going on, and gave us various options. IMPORTANTLY, he did NOT push us toward any action that would financially benefit THEM; but instead, just explained the options and what was going on (it was a small under-sink leak from shutoff valves). We opted to have the valves replaced; and he did so VERY quickly and smoothly. Afterwards, he explained everything again, and even offered for us to keep the copper piping and cash it in if we wished (we didn't). It was just the "perfect" plumbing experience, if such a thing exists. From here on, we'll be only using Michigan Plumbing, for any/all future concerns that arise. A+++. THANK YOU MATT!!! :-)

  Zack provided an estimate to addres my ongoing plumbing issues. He spent a long time discussing options and really listening about my plumbing problems. In the end, he clarified several plumbing issues that clearly need to be addressed. He also explained that I need a company that has an engineering license to complete another item , and provided a quote by email for what Michigan Plumbing can do. The surprising outcome was the company did not charge a dispatch fee like many companies do to obtain a quote and then deduct the charge from the job. This was a consultation/quote that really clarified the issues and my next steps. Thank you Zack!

  No one ever wants to call a plumber but whenever needed we have always chosen Michigan Plumbing. I know this may not happen for everyone on every call but.. We had a water / Plumbing problem overnight and called first thing this morning and in under 60 minutes we had Connor from Michigan Plumbing here and the problem fixed (they had the parts on their truck) and back out the door. Not only was Connor polite, efficient but extremely knowledgeable and willing to explain what he was doing and encouraged me to watch if wanted. Every one of their plumbers has been the same way every time. Top shelf service. As Business owner myself I understand how important your staff is and how they become the face of your company. Well Connor represented Michigan Plumbing perfectly. Thanks Michigan Plumbing and Connor for the speedy and professional service. Happy Holidays
