The customer service with these people is horrible and the attitude I received over the phone is not acceptable. Only reason I’m using them this time is because they fit in my schedule best. Next time I will be finding someone else and I’ll be more prepared to have a flexible schedule. These people only care about collecting your money and not providing an excellent service. NOT acceptable.
