We were working with another company in town for the drain backups in our home, but we kept having problems with repeat backups that were happening only a few days after that other company charged us for work and told us they fixed it. The backups caused a lot of damage to my finished basement. Service Professor was able to open all my drains unlike the other place! They even ran a camera down the system to identify the cause of the backups and I finally now understand why we’re having problems. They gave us options on the same day to fix our problem for good and we’re excited to get that work done with this company! Thank you Service Professor!

He installed a new kitchen sink faucet (I provided) and shut off valves under sink. I thought it was expensive for what was done but I can't climb under the sink at my age anymore so there wasn't a way I could have done it. Even with a senior discount and my providing the new faucet I just thought it was too expensive.

- KMKW MazerDec 31, 20255.0Joseph came to our house and was extremely pleasant. Fixed the problem and then went at it one more time after clearing just to make sure it was perfect!. Truly enjoyed working with him he's a great communicator and made the project fun. My wife actually came and just to see why we're having such a good time had picture taken with her new friend. I was also surprised at the price the 19.95 special's the real deal I was quoted over $200 from another provider for just the first hour! We are very happy with the result!
- EBEdward Graham (Bob)Dec 29, 20251.0They went to my Dad’s house to replace the electric mast on his house that was torn down during the ice storm. The bill was over $6,600 for the repair. My Dad is 93 years old and quite vulnerable. I plan on writing complaint to the BBC regarding this cost. I feel they gouged him for the service. Deplorable. Even with the weekend/holiday the cost should not have been over $2,000.
