He arrived with a very quick turnaround time (it was a Thursday at 10pm) and got right to work. Service professor is the way to go if you live anywhere near Kalamazoo. Thank you service professor and Simon for taking care of my issue very professionally and quickly! Will use them in the future if I have any needs!

The person who came looked at the water heater for all about 1 minute went back to his truck and came back with 5 quotes. 13000$ $9000 $6000 $3000 and to repair was going to cost $1600. i called immediately after he left for a second Quote the repair cost 65$ and to replace my water heater would have been $1400 im sorry but i will never call this company and make sure my children will no to never call this company ever again

After 2 hours I was told the issue was fixed but they could not tell me what the issue was and said, “I think it will happen again.” The service tech was nice but didn’t seem knowledgeable. The service tech moved things out from under the sink and piled them on the bathroom floor. If asked, I would have moved them myself with the care that should have been taken. They also left splatter and smears of what came out of the pipe in various spots around my bathroom (e.g. floor, under sink on piping and cabinet walls, on toilet). I didn’t mind putting my things back but don’t feel I should have had to clean the mess that came out of the pipes. I called a competitor who confirmed the issue was a backup in the main line. They cleaned the line and the issue was fully resolved. I won’t use this company again and do not recommend.

Steve C. exceptionally knowledgeable and pleasant. A generator is definitely a BIG purchase…but, Service Professor made this purchase and process as quick and painless as possible. Would highly recommend them and we would not hesitate to use them in the future.
