They are very upfront about how much their services will cost, which for after hours and weekends was a very fair price. Our technician, Seth, was very nice and walked us through everything he was seeing and doing as he was going through his work.

After paying another company who didn’t fix the problem and left a mess for me to clean of what came out of the pipes, this company fixed the issue with ease. After calling and sharing that my drains were running slow and that a plumber from another company was out and didn’t fix the problem they sent someone to diagnose the issue, then selected the best service tech for the job. They showed me the problem through a camera and the cleaned pipe once the issue was resolved. That helped me feel a lot better given the last company left after telling me things were fixed only to find out they were not. After completing the work they ensured the area was clean and sanitized. They also gave me tips for how to prevent this type of issue. Thank you!

Came back n went back downstairs n said I don't know how to turn the power off to the water heater..( Charged me $278.00) He never installed anything or did anything but go somewhere for 30min n said that was his hr.! I was shocked n couldn't believe the service i received. He wss n the house for 25min and 10min was explaining the bill. He wants to come back n still charge like $66 for every 15min of his time. What is going on? How can he charge me for going to get??? Unprepared no nano rod couldn't turn the power off. I feel totally screwed and need to speak to management! I totally feel scammed
