They came out looked at our water heater couldn't figure out what's wrong with it, spent 20 sec on it with shop vac and it didn't even need to be cleaned. Smdh!! Didn't even know how to turn it on,my husband had to show him. But of course they r gonna lie and said they did what they could. Will never call them again. Wish we didn't have to wait for Adams heating cuz we have never had a problem with fixing our things!!
