Wes, our repair man, was awesome + showed me what needed to be repaired. He had to get the part from the shop but returned quickly. He made sure I understood what needed to be fixed, the parts necessary, + the price. He did a great job + was very professional + polite. He wore the paper booties to protect our floors × cleaned up his repair area! He + his work were outstanding. We would definitely recommend Mrs. Michael's to anyone who needs a great job done for any plumbing or HVAC work + will contact them again for any future needs. The tech, Maurice Letts entered our home, walked us through our options, and rewired our two outlets with affection and respect. He is an outstanding example, tidy, and even brought in our packages. I will be asking for him again and it is because of tech like him that I am willing to pay high prices.
