returned equipment after giving them business and renting equipment. sorry that we wanted to take our hard earned money to you my bad. She said that clips came with it and it did not. I repeat it did not! check cameras or whatever you need to do. The lady was rude. She charged me for a monthly rate and then we had it 3 weeks later she charged me week to week. We should of just kept it for another week just so we didnt have to deal with the owner or whatever she thinks she is. Extra $800 . She was alot of things the whole time we were paying. We went to support a local business instead of home depot,big mistake on our part. Anyone,Anywhere I can possibly tell someone how much this place is the worst I'll take every opportunity to do so. We will go pay money to home depot or Lowe's just so we dont have to deal with this "lady" ever again.

A-1 Rent-All Stop had everything I needed for my fairy tale dream wedding. Everything from the beautiful tent, dance floors, tables and chairs, linens, bar and more. The prices were very reasonable and the quality was great. They were courteous to work with and made sure I got everything I wanted. They didn't have the runner I wanted, and were able to help me find somewhere that did. I would not have had my amazing wedding without them!
Yes, it's necessary to refill the fuel. If you don't, we'll have to apply a refueling charge to your bill.
How soon do I need to reserve my order?
We recommend making your reservation as early as possible. Early reservations allow us to prioritize delivery and pickup times, and ensure item availability. During peak seasons, last-minute additions may not be possible. We typically require a 50% non-refundable deposit to secure your reservation, preferably made in-store. For security and legal reasons, we discourage phone reservations.
Do side walls come with the tent?
Side walls are not included with the tent. They're considered an accessory and are available for an additional fee.
What factors should I consider when picking the location and style of my tent?
When selecting a tent location, consider underground utilities, sprinkler systems, septic tanks, and cables. Check for overhead obstructions like trees and power lines. The area should be clear and level. Pole stake-down tents can be set up on grass or concrete (drilling holes may incur an extra charge). Frame tents work on grass or pavement but require access to a water source for our 55-gallon barrels. Allow an extra 5' around the perimeter for ropes and stakes. Inform us of your specific installation requirements so we can prepare accordingly.
When do you set up and remove the tent?
For large events, we typically set up one to four days in advance. The exact timing depends on factors like weather, scheduling flexibility, installation size, and coordination with other services such as catering and decorating. We usually remove the tent a day or two after the event concludes.
Do I need a permit for my tent?
Most tents for personal use don't require permits, but regulations vary by municipality. We recommend checking your local ordinances. We have flame retardant certificates available on file and attached to most tents if needed.
Can you set-up tents in a park?
Yes, we can set up tents in parks. However, please ensure the park allows the type of tent you're planning to use. Any required permits or park fees are the customer's responsibility.
Can you install my tent during non-business hours?
We can accommodate set-up and take-down outside of regular business hours if you have specific timing restrictions. Please note that there may be additional costs for installations during holidays or non-business hours. We require you or your representative to be present at the location during set-up.
Can I set up the tent myself?
For smaller tents, we do allow customer set-up. However, for larger frame and pole tents, we strongly recommend letting our experienced staff handle the installation for safety and efficiency reasons.
How close does your delivery vehicle need to be to the set up location?
The closer our vehicle can get to the setup location, the better. For most backyard events, a clear driveway is sufficient. Larger events require close proximity due to heavy equipment, some weighing over 3000 pounds. If there's an unusually long distance to the event site, we may need to apply an additional charge.
Do I have to replace the fuel in the equipment rented from A-1 Rent All?
