The actual installation went well, but every communication with the company from the estimate to questions about the final invoice was awful. I had multiple calls and text messages go unanswered. Beware that the company could not provide documentation of why additional chargers were necessary.

The electricians (Lucian & one other) onsite immediately owned the mistake and assured us the company would make it right. Erika from the office made the entire process smooth, helping us get back up and running. Mistakes happen, it’s how you fix them that matters. State Electric proved they stand by their customers, and I can confidently say they embody “Do the right thing”!
