Lost my a/c and they were sent out by Consumers insurance plan. Mark was super, very professional even when he couldn't come within the time slot arranged, he called and kept me informed as to how soon he could arrive. Most other service people, when they aren't going to be on time, just let you sit wondering what is going on. These folks called all the time and worked with my schedule. If they work like this on a subcontract situation, I bet they are right on top of things when they hired directly. 5- Stars ++

The worst company I ever dealt with, I had a service call the AC blowing hot air. Their technician came in stayed in my house for six minutes only and left without fixing or checking on nothing and when I contact them the next day their customer service gave me the runaround and did not answer any of my questions .

How complicated is a new system installation?
The complexity of installation depends on your home's structure and the chosen system. While air conditioners and gas furnaces have different components, proper ductwork sizing and zoning are crucial for optimal system performance. Your contractor can evaluate your current setup and explain the installation process.
