I purchased an old mobile home (1974) with an old furnace that needed some minor work and maintenance. I have used HVAC PRO three times for 3 different issues over the last few years. Always great, knowledgeable service at a reasonable price and quick, too!

Just want to convey how impressed I was with the professionalism that Tech Ryan had in my furnace repair this week. On top of clearly knowing his job, he actually seemed to love what he was doing! This reflects in not only his work, but the company as a whole. Thanks, Ryan!

To say I'm disappointed would be a challenge with HVAC Pros. Our house in Howell was having issues with the furnace. We have a utility company insurance plan and they recommended this company. When they came to inspect the furnace, they determined it was the heat exchanger. They shut down the furnace, which was the right thing to do IF it actually was the heat exchanger. When we tried to get the furnace back up and running, they said that it would be a week until they could make the repair. I said that wasn't an option. However, knowing it is winter in Michigan, I said keep the appointment on their schedule but I would be working to find something quicker. I found a company to come out that day to do the repair. However, the new HVAC company found that it wasn't the heat exchanger but a gas valve. And they were able to repair it that day. Not a week to wait to get warm again. I called HVAC Pros the next day, left a voicemail canceling the appointment and thought all was well with the world. Fast forward to the following Tuesday, I was notified that HVAC Pros were in the house, had already taken out the heat exchanger without my permission. I immediately instructed them to put back the original heat exchanger as it was not broken. Two days later (Thanksgiving eve), the fire department had to be called as the union valve was leaking. All residents needed to be evacuated immediately. On Thanksgiving Day, I again contacted the company who did the correct and cost efficient repair on furnace and they determined that the valve was not even finger tight and the wiring for the heat exchanger could have cause the furnace to explode. To say I'm infuriated is no understatement. To put our residents in harm's way is simply immature and horribly irresponsible. My recommendation is to be very careful with this company.

We had a problem with our A/C. They sent us Ryan Harvey to help us. He was beyond helpful, kind and diligent on how to fix it. Can’t thank him enough

Frequently Asked Questions About HVAC PRO LLC

Should I repair or replace my existing system?

Consider replacing your current home comfort system if repair costs reach 30% of the price of a new system. Additionally, if your utility bills have increased by 50% due to an older, less efficient system consuming more electricity at higher rates, replacement may be the better option.

How much can I save with new equipment?

Home heating and cooling systems typically account for about 44% of a household's energy expenses. Modern ENERGY STAR certified systems can be up to 60% more efficient than equipment that's a decade old, potentially leading to significant savings on your energy bills.
