While initially we were satisfied with the service, we are now having to replace the line completely again due to the lack of fall/improper decline. It’s very disappointing considering it cost us several thousand dollars. Edited to add- after having multiple plumbers look at our issue we have learned that it wasn’t even done to code.

I called Mountaineer I’m distress and they had me on their books for the following morning. What a relief already. David Brown came into my home and never gave up trying to help me. I appreciate his patience SO much. He was adamant that he was going to help me today. And when the job got confusing and tough, Tim Kelley came in and helped David get the job done. I was blown away with the timeliness, professionalism, and honestly just caring about the fact that I was at a total loss. They have been worth every dollar and have restored a bit of peace back into my life. Thank you guys!!!
