  Nate was fantastic. He found the root of the problem (pun intended) and cleared up my sewage pipes quickly and thoroughly. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. I highly recommend Benjamin Franklin for any plumbing issues you might have.

  My girlfriend used them and was way overcharged and mislead for one hours worth of work $550 ???? They said that they would spend time and hopefully get about 100 feet of piping done.. not even close to a standard rate. Did not get any relief they worked for close to about an hour after using my tools left a mess we had to put back our sink In which they cut out. Put back our toilet they didn’t even test it before they left. They said they could route it out about 100 feet they did not do that by any means. They didn’t spend much time doing that at all battery died. Then used mine Had to switch out to a different unit. Very unhappy. I would not recommend them as a business owner myself I would strive to help my customer out as much as possible we thought we’d at least get at least a couple hours of time trying to remove the debris that we’re in system not under an hour of work. And the estimate they gave us was way over a standard. $10,000 to replace A few lines of PVC And jet out our sewer system, which is may 75ft Not even replacing it at that cost. Hi buddy, jetting system for my pressure washer and will be using that. I think I’ll get better results myself, then hire a professional At least I will take time to make sure that your job is done

  Very Unhappy, ery mislead. First of all called Said there would be a Said there would be a door charge of $35 and then another charge of $530 to route 100 feet when in fact later it come out to be only an hour of service for 550. So what is it if we knew that it was only be an hour instead of the feet? We would’ve ran with a different service.. and said he was gonna be On time. Then shows up almost 40 minutes later. Had excuse of bringing equipment to other associates. Then cut into our vanity. And then they bent our new flange When my boyfriend instructed that they just screwed that in. They just been it backwards after using his drill to extract bolts out. Again had to use our tools because they didn’t come prepared. Battery died on plunger because we had a back up in our system. Had to use do use our battery and charger?. The water did one burp and then they said oh we’re good and left. Ran the water for two minutes and it was already flooding over again no relief then we had to put our sink back together and toilet back together because it wasn’t a part of the service.. . Felt like they were rushing to get to the next appointmentThen kept pushing us to use this company give them a call right away, kept asking and asking about it felt like we had to. Kept asking us to.

  I am a property manager and use Ben Franklin as my #1 option for plumbing work. Their admin, Jenny, is an absolute pleasure to work with. Very polite and efficient. I’ve had experience with multiple technicians and they’ve all been skilled and polite. Highly recommend.

  Luke is FANTASTIC! He sent us notice, as well as calling, when he was on his way. His email profile included his picture, with some details of who he was, which was so nice to have in this age of scammers coming to your home! He gave us a quote b4 starting the work and kept it to that price. Was quick and efficient. He was very easy to talk to, and knowledgeable. Patrick, who took our initial call was friendly, with a great sense of humor (quoted us a mere 10 million dollars for show- up price on a holiday 🤣) !! Will DEFINITELY call this company again if we need a plumber!!
