I was impressed the first time I called how kind the person on the otherside of phone was. I was impressed with the idea of sending a picture of who was gonna contact me at my door. I was greeted at the door with a smile of a face that I recognized. What a great formula for excellence.

Keegan stopped by when we found a leak in our basement/garage. He methodically assessed the situation, had a strong suspicion of the cause, quickly confirmed he was correct, then quoted us for the pipe repair and got to work right the in there, fixing the issue. He even recommended a water damage mitigation company who came over the same day. A stressful situation was suddenly under control and fixable.

Chris and the team were amazing. From the time I made the appointment they followed up, provided text and a call to confirm service, and provided up to date status of arrival. I loved the intro video as well. Chris was great. He explained everything needed for me and gave me guidance on preserving my system. I look forward to using them again (when there’s an issue with my heating system)!

The initial install went great, but they didn’t have the right liner for the chimney. They said they would come back to install the chimney liner but two months later I had to make a call to them because they missed it in the order and never actually scheduled it. Now that it’s getting warmer I try to fire up my wood boiler, but that was wired incorrectly. I went to take a look to see if it was just a loose wire and come to find out that they had a couple safety, which is not even wired in it seems like a poor job is done at quality work through this company.

Overpriced!
Was told to be at my home at 1030 am because they don't do any set appointments. Tech didn't get there till noon. Prices were extremely Overpriced! $120 to switch out an outlet. 130 for them to figure out it was the outlet(5 minutes) and $80 service charge. $350 to replace 1, $7.00 outlet! Saved my by doing their vip membership. Had an appointment today. Got a text message telling me to stay within 30 minutes of my home. Here it is 230 and no phone call. They apparently don't realize that people have to work to pay their bloated prices and won't give a window as to when they will be there. I will be seeking another company for my needs!!
