Appreciated the great workmanship of John and Dan. Processed payment today, +$14,400.00 I thought the labor charge was very high, but the project did have unforeseen complications. Looking to have ACE Handyman do an interior wall project in early 2026. Dan is aware.

I originally thought a much larger part of the flooring needed repair but John did a thorough inspection of the entire room and determined where the problem area was and made sure the rest of the flooring was secure and didn’t need fixing. He then proceeded to fix the problem area and was even able to use the OSB boards that I already had, thus saving me some money. He is very conscientious about his work but most importantly, he is so kind, respectful and determined to do his best. I just can’t say enough about John, except he is a treasure. I would add that when my son called your company there was no problem scheduling and your whole team is just great. I will definitely call on you again.

We always provide free estimates over the phone, especially if it is work that will take 3 days or less. You can also email us photos or submit photos online for a free estimate. We will come out for a free estimate if it is work that we are capable of and we are not booked too far out. If we are really booked up during our busy season, we charge a nominal fee and then credit it back to you if you book the job.

Yes, we are licensed, bonded, and insured and our craftsman have completed background checks. Our craftsmen are employees of ours so you and your home are protected.

Depends on the project, we estimate each type of project with the craftsman who has that skill set to your particular project.
