- JMJulie MarinoOct 27, 20211.0Use anyone but this company unless you want to pay to have everything replaced by actual professionals…they took advantage of me being a woman and told me I needed to replace the furnace, air conditioning unit, sump pump, sump back up, two outside faucets and a humidifier. Spent over $20,000. Every single piece required replacement over the last three years…everything. The humidifier tubing was broken by them when they installed it and they jammed a piece of plastic in it and secured it with electrical tape. And our once dry basement had water in it since the entire exhaust leaked from from to back which back flowed to the furnace and destroyed it. The sump pump was never functional and the back up system was determined to be a code violation as well as the water line they installed. The furnace and air conditioner were too big for our size house. Took them to court and could only recover the service fees of $2,000 and had to spend another $18,000 to replace everything. How they are still allowed to be in business is amazing…the judge knew the office manager, Leslie Roundy, by name - apparently she has been to court a “few” times before representing All Pro or the several other companies names that they changed it from in the past.
