He was prompt, polite, and professional. He walked my wife and I through everything and really tried to keep us informed. Although some recommendations were made, he never upcharged us or made us pay for unnecessary fees. Kirk is another reason I will be making First Choice our HVAC go to from now on.

We were also due for furnace & humidifier maintenance, so in addition to the diagnostic, we requested that they complete the annual maintenance work. The error code was a minor issue that was not an actual problem with the unit. I will just say that FCH&C understands the current economic realities and very justly priced the entire call. Of course, Mike handled the maintenance work perfectly and answered all our questions to satisfaction. FCH&C was quick with phone and text responses, notified us when they were on the way with a photo of their technician, and confirmed their departure with a separate text. Excellent, competent, friendly service A-to-Z.

I live alone and work crazy hours, so I was fortunately able to have someone come over to let DJ in. They said he was wonderful and very professional. I also appreciate the receipt and report I received which explained the work that was completed and how all the components of my furnace system are scoring up. I would 1000% recommend First Choice to anyone based on my experience, and will be using them for all my future maintenance!
