  Terrible post sale service-4ish years ago we had these guys install a whole house generator. Paid 10k. Every year since then paid the same guys for yearly maintenance and service. Most recent one within the last 2 months. Today my wife smelled gas around the outside of the house. Out of prudence she called in DTE to come investigate. Fortunately, what she was smelling was natural venting from our meter however he immediately noticed as he put "a ticking time bomb" That bomb is the gas line Holland ran for our generator. They chose not to use a galvanized pipe and also chose to run it under a different house drain. Theres now 4 years later a 4ft section of pipe that is rusted out, bloated, and per DTE about to explode. My wife called Holland immediately. She was met with "this is not our fault" when mentioned it was them who installed the pipe, them who chose to use not the right material, them who chose the routing, the only thing we did was pay 10k to a supposed expert in the field. Now, even though we've paid yearly for said maintenance and check up and as recent as a few weeks ago nothing ever said, nothing ever noted, what have I paid all these years for on top of the expert install? Now they are requesting we again pay another $150 service call (even though we paid for the maintenance inspection recently and clearly did not get an inspection) for them to tell us in person they're not covering it and to give us an estimate and couldn't/wouldn't be able to do that for a couple of weeks. Hope nothing blows up in the mean time. That will not be our path moving forward. Since we have documented sales, installation, maintenance and payments all with them seems silly they wouldn't at least get us a tech on site right away without charge to go over what options we have vs trying to pimp an additional trip charge out of us, we will have it fixed elsewhere and then settle up in court as I am sure we have not gotten what we've paid for as far as maintenance and inspections over the years. Rust, corrosion, pipe swelling doesn't happen over days or weeks, this is clearly something that should be brought to our attention during routine inspections and maintenance since it could blow our whole damn house up. Couldn't be more disappointed, angry, and frustrated.

  We added a Central Air Conditioner to our furnance--A Rheem 3 ton system Our installers were Bart+Richard They were very professional from beginning to end They listened to my questions and asked me about routing options during installation This is the second major installion from Holland Heating & Cooling Highly reccomend this company to service you!

  The Holland team is nothing but top notch. My heater went out on a Monday morning and had my new furnace expertly installed by Norm and Brock on Wednesday. Chris who did my initial home visit called or texted me as soon as he had information and parts to try fixing my old furnace before we decided replacement was necessary. Everyone do yourself the favor and use Holland heating for the integrity and expertise they bring to a stressful situation.

  Matt, John, Aaron & Michael, W/O RA510031, 11-07-2025. I had a Rheem 8.4 GPM-160,000 BTU tankless water heater and a Generac 18,000KW whole home generator installed. This team of installers is outstanding! There were many issues to solve for installation and each one was carefully and efficiently solved to ensure that my products were installed to not only work seamlessly in my home, but also to leave a pleasing, finished look when all was said and done. Everyone on the team is a proficient problem solver, extremely personable, eager to answer any question I had about the products and the installation, and all were very efficient and expedient with my installations. Everything is working perfectly and both of these utility products are providing a significant improvement to my home. No more running out of hot water, and no more losing electrical power to my home. Both products run off of my existing propane tank and the water heater is much more efficient than my old tank water heater. If I could give them 6 stars, I would. Thank you so much to Holland Heating and Cooling, and foremost, to the installation team!

  Was visited today by Kevin M. to provide the annual service of our home's back-up generator system we purchased from Holland in 21'. Not only did he perform his service at a high level, he additionally answered all my questions about the current and future service needs. He made sure every fastener and connection in both the unit and the panel were secure, showing me what he had done. On top of that, he was friendly and professional. I was potentially expecting a sales pitch for some service, as what happens so often these days, but none was offered. I paid what I was initially quoted. Holland, you have a keeper there and I appreciate the standard in how you handle these calls. Thank You! Jim Daniel
