  Gabe did an excellant job. He diagnosed, explained and fixed the issue in less than hour. I had another company out on 4 separate occasions in which they were unable to fix. Kudos to Don's Electric. I will use them for all my electric needs.

  Rylie Fielder, technician from Don’s Electric did an excellent job checking our Generac Generator! We knew when he was coming due to the communication he sent, he was friendly, told me what he planned on doing, and wanted permission to turn our power off, but he would ask first to make sure it was OK with us, and he did! Rylie is first class, and a real asset to the Don’s Electric Technician Team! Rylie, “Thanks” for a job well done!

  I called Don's Electric to service my Gererac generator and I was more then satisfied. Gabe the technician explained in detail exactly what he was going to do. Gabe was professional and polite. I will use Don's Electric on my yearly maintenance going forward. I would highly recommend if your looking to service your generator. And ask for Gabe.

  The day after Christmas on Friday we had a bad ice storm the forecast was in the lower teens. We lost power and our generac generator stopped working. We called Don’s electric. He had a service man come out within hours of the outage Unfortunately the alternator was done. And due to the holiday and staff shortage it might be a little while before they could get out to replace our generator. I received a call from the owner ( Aaron ) around 6:00 pm. He informed me that he was coming out immediately to install a new generator. He called on an employee ( Steve ) it was his day off. They were here late into the evening to make sure we had heat. I would definitely recommend Dons electric. They have been servicing our generator for over 14years. They are a family owned Honest Company. Thank you Aaron and all of your employees.

  I realize that I’m just adding to a stack of rave reviews, but their quality and their integrity is so exceptional that it’s worth my precious time to comment on. First as stated by others, the quality of their work in installing our whole house generator was top notch. The ultimate “Cadillac” of quality. Yet, their price was excellent, in fact a bargain in view of the quality of their work. But something mind blowing happened in our case. They came out to do the estimate gave us a price and then came out to do the work. They discovered when they came out to do the work that they had missed something. They discovered that our fuse box wasn’t large enough to handle the required additional circuits and that we needed a larger box. The boss came out and took a look and stated “we gave you a price quote and we stand behind it and we will keep it”. He then replaced our entire fuse box with a larger fuse box at no additional charge. Two men spent most of the day and stayed late working on just that, while the job was still completed on time as promised. Integrity like that is almost impossible to find in any generation. I was astounded and still am. This is a rare and special company and they have earned my respect and gratitude and have exceeded all my expectations.
