My issue as someone who works in a highly technical field is getting a breakdown of the actual work and parts that were replaced. That answer should come from a manger as the technician sold packages. I’ve tried the email path to get the answer that doesn’t seem an option. Not really sure what we paid for in the end. Feel like we agreed to more than the. work completed. For example explain to me the process of a “calibration” if I ask. Or how about a list of parts replaced. We are currently trying to decide who will service our equipment in the future.

UPDATE: Not sure how there was "confusion on payment" when the cost was 450 and $400 was given in cash. They did end up refunding $400 took 5 days not 24hrs like was told and not before causing financial stress and hardship. Just be sure to check check your account if you use them.

Trevor researched and consulted until he found an answer to our issue. We appreciated his concern, his research diligence and the final solution: a new faucet needed. We will be calling Trevor to come and install our new faucet when we receive it. He's patient, courteous, knowledgeable and very helpful. We are loyal furnace/AC Matheson customers. - MHMichelle HansenDec 13, 20255.0We got the annual service membership after having Matheson install a new furnace for us last year. Matheson’s front office was very friendly and gave us a reminder call to schedule our fall check up before our membership expired. Service by Gavin was timely (able to come earlier with a break in his schedule). In the maintenance check he found a drain o-ring was under sized and starting to show small signs of a leak. He got the part and came back in the next few days to fix it. Gavin was friendly, informative, and knowledgeable. Answering any questions that we had in a pleasant manner. Gavin genuinely wanted to help us out however he could. Overall our experience was very good and always has been with Matheson over the last 25 years. Great that we have a local business that we can trust to take care of our family and home when we need them to. Much appreciated!
