I think requesting additional information from us would have gone a LONG way to evaluate whether or not the work being requested could be performed. Only options I had after a 5 minute conversation was to pay $75 for the visit or pay $99 for a consultation which could be used toward a possible future fix which I need to research the fix.

When it frustratingI told her that I wanted to have the owner of the company come over and assess the situation. My project was a Custom made railing in my garage to safely enter and exit. Chris, the owner came over and we discussed my concerns and came to a mutual solution. This Is when Tony N came onboard. He asked me questions. He listened. He asked what my concerns were and he took charge of the project. Tony is an asset to this company. He pretty much disassembled and reassembled and the outcome is just what I needed in the first place. If I have a need for future home projects, I will ask for Tony to do the job. Overall, my experience with Teresa, Tony and Chris was professional and friendly. I can’t wait to paint it when the weather warms up.
