While he could not resolve the issue, but he provided us with a workaround which will extend the life of the doorwall. Because the service was for a fixed two hours, he also installed a shut off valve for me and asked several times to see if there was anything else he could do. I can say with confidence if there's anything else I need done in the future, I will not hesitate to call Ace again and request Zach.
