He quickly provided a quote for the repair including interior and exterior work to resolve the issue, remove the rot, and restore the window area back to good! This alleviated much stress and concern. The exterior and interior look great and most importantly the leak has been fixed! Don was easy to reach and reply quickly. This team were professionals, very skilled, personable, and had exceptional cleanup. Extremely happy with the work! I will be going to Don first for all future needs. Don contacted me the day I had called my insurance company - USAA. He was on time, considerate, and respectful. I was leaving town so I needed to be done with repairs within 2 weeks and this was accomplished including the dry out of the wood. No long drawn out process. The people that did the repairs were all good in their fields - one for the duct returns, one for drywall, one for mitigation, and one for the flooring. All did a great job! It is hard to impress me but in this time, it is hard to find good and reliable people in their professions.
