  Called got a quote for re routing a gutter. I agreed to the price the said they would get back with me for scheduling. That was a month ago. No one will return my calls. Seems this isn’t uncommon.

  I called and set up an appointment to get a quote on replacement of downspouts at a commercial property. I informed them that I personally would not be here the day they were coming, but that one of my employees would show them what we needed. Greg Sweers didn't follow instructions and instead called me while I was on vacation. I'm not even sure if he looked at the building or not, because I never received a call, an email or a quote. I called the office 3 weeks later to find out if there was a quote done, and she said Greg would call me, but he never did. I guess they didn't want the business of a company that has 4 facilities in the area.

  I contacted sweers about having some roof .work done on my building.I did not contact any other roofer because I knew swears had been in business for years..Spent about $6,000 for work done on the office roof. Had to contact them multiple times about coming out to reseal roof leaks. The girl that answered the phone at their company was very rude every time I called.The last time I contacted them It was a major issue trying to get them to come back out to take care of the Problem.After they did come out I received a bill Which was supposed to be covered under warranty.Now I am in the process of replacing all new ceiling tiles in the office for the second time.
