Thomas has been working with me for the last 3 years doing his best to limp along my 20+ year old geothermal furnace that was installed originally by Great Lakes Energy in 1999. He really did not have to do that as it was not a stretch for me to be prepared to fork over the big bucks 3 years prior to when I actually had to! It did not take me long to realize that Thomas and his team are definitely looking out for the customer. Not to mention, his bedside manner is EXCELLENT. He makes sure that you understand all that is going on throughout the process of repairing or replacing your heating unit. Thank you Thomas. He was very prompt, professional and reasonably priced. He also was very informative and showed me a few tricks I could use to diagnosis future issues. Very glad we called MSC and would 100% recommend.
