Quickly worked thru the issues, installed a new keypad, performed an overall service of the unit and chain, asked me if I wanted to put a light bulb in the motor unit, did. Checked to make sure all worked: keypad, inside button, remotes. Reset the wire to allow manual operation if needed. Very professional, knowledgeable, friendly, efficient.
