From whole service entry/panel replacement (Thanks Shawn, Carson, and Kent for your excellent and timely work) to fixing an old cast iron drain pipe (Seth was amazing, and gave a lot of care). The Scheduler/Dispatcher sets a window and the techs give you updates on their ETA - so far they've always been within 5 minutes of the *beginning* of the window. My latest call out was a PM for our furnace before winter rolls in. Trinity was no exception to the trend of punctual, well-informed, personable, and proficient technicians. She did the service and walked through what she was doing and what she found. I asked her to explain it like I know nothing on the subject and she did so in an understandable and non-condescending way (as do all of the techs who have come out). She gave pointers and was super-friendly and efficient. I was a Director of Operations over multiple datacenters before retirement, I've interviewed thousands, hired hundreds, and only fired under 10. I would have been proud to have any one of the Mrs. Michael's employees I've interacted with on my teams!
