  Jay was professional and super nice. Service call was a little pricier than other companies, but once I saw the level of quality and professionalism I didn't mind. They hire techs with good people skills and who go above and beyond. My issue started because of a cat chewing on a water heater hose, so Jay replaced it with a stronger material and gave me suggestions for cat proofing it further. I'll be using Mrs. Michaels again.

  I called to schedule an appointment because I had concerns for my air quality. This companies customer service is great. Great experience booking the appointment. I also loved getting a text message with a picture of the technician that was arriving and a bio about him. When Austin showed up, he used shoe covers before walking in my house. It was nice I didn't have to ask. He listened to all my concerns and looked at my air quality machine before working on the furnace. I had growth on my condenser coils! He cleaned coils, installed a UV light and offered a few other suggestions. We agreed it was best to start at this option before proceeding to other things. (After doing some investigation, we did have a plumber out to confirm a leak in bathroom above the furnace. Id like to note for others: if you have a duct cleaning company out, they do not clean your coils and you will want to do that promptly after) Once the UV light install and all my other remediations happened my air quality returned to safe and my family is no longer sick.

  Maurice came out twice in the last couple of weeks and was great! Super affirming with his suggestions, very kind, efficient, and a pleasure to work with. He even displayed a sixth sense by closing the door behind him when he heard my cat meow from the next room- nice guy, super quick, and I’d recommend his work in a heartbeat.

  I will try to make this as brief as possible, but I was highly satisfied. I chose this company over another under advisement of my nephew who owns a Paul Davis Restoration company. But instead went under my own accord and decided to hire Mirs. Michael plumbing and electric in regards to their outstanding record on Google reviews. I made my appointment for a Thursday evening following my arrival from my work. This was convenient for me because I was not due in for work until Monday the following week and there was time to schedule repairs. Long story short I was a bit skeptical in the beginning because the repair person could not make it out that evening and had to reschedule the next day. About 20 minutes later after speaking with the repairman that evening, Crystal phoned and immediately was very apologetic saying that she did not want to lose my business. She offered to wave the inspection fee of, I believe it was $190 and I would be put on the first shift of the next day schedule for repairs beginning at 9:00 a.m.. I said to her how can I pass that up? So I agreed. Cut to the chase the next day the repairman BRAYDON arrived just about on time, visually inspected the problem with my shower. The tub faucet connector to the tub filler pipe was damaged and there was no access panel present to do repairs. His job was to create an access panel on the opposite wall to gain access to the pipe and to complete repairs. Total of the job was just over $700 parts and labor, but that includes the extra 3% for usage of my credit card. I was actually worried it would cost more because of the tedious work involved, but it wasn't too bad and pretty reasonable if I may add when considering all the work was done very professional in just around an hour or so and having the work completed before the following work week plus having the inspection fee waived was a nice bonus and extremely kind and professional of crystal. I apologize for not keeping this as brief as I could but I couldn't help it, this is an outstanding company and very Worthy of every positive Google review it receives. Great job guys, I'll be keeping this number handy!

  They promptly sent someone over who was able to give us a quote on the spot for a large job. Very professional and took their time to describe all of the elements of the quote. The quote is good for 30 days. There were no high pressure sales tactics. Due to the size of the job we are getting comparison bids. The other companies, so far, were unable to give bids during the assessment visit. This far into the process they have been great.
