Great experience so far. The HVAC tech was on time, organized, and prepared with everything she needed. Also, I am new to my house and had questions about my furnace and the tech walked me through how my furnace works and answered any questions I had as she gave it a tune up.

Mike Ferrara texted he was on the way, and knowing my little dog hates the doorbell he knocked very lightly. He performed my furnace maintenance and told me everything is looking good

Woke up with snow on the ground and a broken furnace. Indoor was able to get a technician out on an emergency same day service call the fastest out of the few companies I contacted which was the most important factor. The technician arrived promptly at the expected time and was able to quickly assess and repair the issue. I even had some other issues with the furnace post repair and Indoor sent a second tech same day to run additional tests to verify nothing else was wrong with the furnace at no additional cost. Both techs were polite, plesant, and punctual. I can't speak to price versus other companies, but the work was done very quickly and the service was excellent. Would call again in the future.

We had a furnace thermostat failure and a technician came over a week before our scheduled maintenance. He (Jimmy) discovered we needed a new pump. He replaced that and performed the annual maintenance. We are back in business just in time before the cold weather.

We recently had a service call regarding our propane furnace. We were advised that it was one specific part that was bad and at that point we were advised that the new part would be ordered. Approximately 5 days later we received a phone call letting us know that it was in. However, a secondary company came out the very next day after the initial encounter with indoor comfort and discovered that the part that I was advised was bad was not the part that was truly faulty. When I called indoor comfort to discuss the issue in regards to the part not being correct and a huge discrepancy and pricing between the two companies as well as a few other minor issues I felt as if my questions were ignored and that the biggest response from the GM was well we'll hope we can send this part back and get our money back. I ultimately ended the call very abruptly and decided that I would write this in response to anyone else trying to obtain their services. Oddly enough when calling in the service representative was very polite and kind. My issue is truly the high price difference and lack of explanation on how the wrong part was ordered.
