- BPBriana Papa2 days ago5.0Talking on the phone with the woman that schedules appointments was very pleasant, she did her best to get us scheduled asap in their busy schedule based on our need. Communication regarding appointments was super helpful and detailed; they give you a short arrival time frame (somewhat uncommon I’ve found but much appreciated) and send you a photo of your technician so you know who to expect which is a great idea. The service tech William was friendly, knowledgeable and professional and taught us more about our units which we greatly appreciated. Would recommend!

It started with a energy assessment where I was given several detailed choices of how I could make my house more efficient for heating and cooling. Daryl was thorough, friendly and communicated with me even when I had questions weeks later. I ended up hiring Dave's World to install heat pumps. They fit me into the schedule pretty quickly, which meant I could take advantage of the tax rebates this year! The installation went very smooth and took less time than originally thought. All of the units were thoroughly tested and I was given a tutorial on how to use the remotes and a cleaning guide. I know if I have any questions down the road then it will be easy to reach out. Great crew! Thanks so much to Eric, Hunter, Tucker, Chris, Pat and the other Hunter!

Tim, the electrician, was able to thread the wire through without having to cut any holes in our ceiling, which was amazing--we understood that holes may have been required. Shout out also to Eric, Carter, and Doug. Great crew! Highly recommend!

What impressed me most Was they all thought outside the box to fix problems that I would’ve had to deal with after the job was done.
