They were professional and efficient, and very pleasant to deal with. Their work was beautifully executed. Upon completion, they fully explained to me the workings of the new system. I highly recommend Dave's World for heat pump projects.
- DDDaveNov 7, 20255.0This was my first experience with Dave’s World. Solomon arrived on time, was very courteous, and got straight to work after introducing himself. He cleaned two heat pump indoor units, two outdoor units, and replaced the line set insulation on both outdoor door units. When I noticed a problem with the heat pump door in the bedroom, Solomon immediately started to troubleshoot the issue. He quickly identified the problem as a cracked, plastic door gear. Please keep in mind that the heat pump is 11.5 years old and that these flimsy Fujitsu door gears are notorious for breaking spontaneously. Solomon felt bad and he immediately apologized. I told him that this could have happened to anyone. He called his office to see if a technician could come out with a new gear, but I was pretty sure that I had a spare from when I had replaced the door gear in the dining room unit. I finally found the gear, Solomon replaced it, and the door worked smoothly once again. High fives all around! I was happy that I found the gear and Solomon felt better after replacing it. He kids that he is just a cleaner, but I think that this fine young man could easily be a technician. I was very pleased with the service and the price. Solomon gets 5 stars and Dave’s World gets 5 stars!

However, the BEST part was having Adam Orzechowski over to help us navigate how to use the system properly. He was very kind, patient and extremely knowledgeable. I can’t say enough about him and the service he provided. Outstanding in all respects. I would highly recommend Dave’s World and the staff in the office are also very knowledgeable.
